Rajiv Singh, with over 23 years of management expertise, has appointed as the Regional Director for India and SAARC countries, Mphasis.

With over 23 years of management expertise, Rajiv Singh is appointed as the Regional Director for India and SAARC countries, MphasiS. In this new role, he will play a pivotal role in augmenting sales and strengthening client relationships in this region.

Prior to joining MphasiS, Singh was the President of TATA Communications Banking InfraSolutions Limited (TCBIL), TATA Group’s venture in banking services, which he initiated and fortified. Rajiv has also set up and led Diebold India as its Managing Director. He was also the Managing Director of CA (India and SAARC Countries). He attributes his successful career to his passion to make a difference with a good intent for the company and constantly learning from the challenges that come across his path to success.

As a business leader, Singh believes that a leader should respect people around him and should also help the team members in performing the best. “A leader should also teach his or her team to lead from the front,” opines Singh. Holding on to these beliefs, he advises the young technology professionals to update their technology knowledge and use it to make a difference by adding values to the current system.

Apart from work, Singh enjoys playing basketball and listening to music. He holds a BE degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS-Pilani), and a Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
