And wherefrom the freelancers get the resumes is another question. Lets confess that ultimately everyone goes into the job portals and get the same resumes and claim themselves to be different & unique from the rest, whether it is Zyoin or any XYZ. This is nothing but a marketing gimmick.

The only difference is that the client managers of Zyoin become the recruiters themselves and start filtering the resumes based on their judgement which may not be correct. This is a model to eliminate competition to Zyoin. Zyoin will keep bulk of the commission as per the standard rates from the client and pay only a marginal amount to the freelancers who actually have put the maximum efforts. The automatic filtering feature in Zyoin is also a matter of debate. Further keeping a track on accounting for fair distribution of commission may also be skewed. Zyoin in my view is nothing but another recruitment agency no different from the rest. There are other such companies who also have the same model such as Chahiye jobs etc. and Zyoin is not unique.
