Aparna Pujar is the business head of Yahoo! Media Group, Yahoo! India and manages the Media properties of Sports, Finance, News and Entertainment for Yahoo! India. She recently moved to Bangalore after her 10+ year stint in the US.
Her global experience encompasses Production and Marketing of Internet based consumer and enterprise software Products in Media, Healthcare, Finance and Retail Segments. Most recently, as VP, Product Strategy and Business Development, she was consulting a startup Certefi Inc, Menlo Park, CA that was developing Internet based Retail Marketing Solutions. Prior to that, she lead the Product Group as Director of Product Management for Wi-fi based applications for Healthcare and Retail at Lawson Software, St. Paul, Minneapolis and San Francisco, CA. Prior to that Aparna held product and general management responsibilities at Omnicell Inc, Mountainview, CA where as Director of e-Commerce, she launched and commercialized a B2B marketplace using the CommerceOne Technology. Starting her career as a Programmer, Aparna worked at Lotus cc:Mail, PointCast Inc and Financial Times- Extel Information Systems (UK).
Aparna graduated as an Electrical Engineer from UVCE, Bangalore and has a Master's in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, CA.

Mali is currently the President of the IT Industry HR Association, Bangalore, and is on the National HR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry, New Delhi. Chitra Kasthuri is an established leader with a personality projecting people management, people development, champion of diversity activities ensuring corporate interests. As the VP of the India Product Realisation Centre of Alcatel - Lucent she manages a large team of 800 employees working on leading edge High Speed Data Products. In 2003 at Bell Labs, she won the President's Gold Award for highspeed data project 2003. At AT&T in 1989 she won the Chairman's Award of $20,000 for the design and implementation of the word conversion solution using AT&T computers and third party software which saved AT&T $2million per year. She completed her M.S Math and Computer Science from Farleigh Dickinson University and M.S Mathematics from Madras University.

|
Dr. Ramanujan Kashi is a senior Research Scientist, Multimedia Technologies Research at Avaya. He and his team contribute to Avaya's research in document image processing, SMS and digital ink, user authentication, collaboration and e-learning, streaming video, self-service systems, and the use of these technologies in Avaya's CRM and VoIP offers. Ram obtained his Bachelors from Mysore University, Masters and Doctoral degrees from Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA. Soon after, he joined AT&T Bell Laboratories at Murray Hill in 1994 as Member of Technical Staff, transferred to Lucent Bell Labs in 1996 and to Avaya Labs Research in 2000. In 2004, he relocated to India to start a research group in multimedia at the company's wholly owned subsidiary called Avaya India Private Limited. He has numerous book chapters, edited a book on document processing and over forty publications and seven patents.

Pamela joined IBM on June 1, 2007 and leads the India Systems and Technology Engineering Lab, which comprises of 400 people involved in Semiconductor & Hardware Technologies working closely with the Semiconductor, Technology Development and Global Engineering Solutions Delivery Organisations of STG.
Before joining IBM, Pamela was driving business and technical strategy for emerging business areas such as RFID and Medical Electronics as the Director, Strategic Programs at Texas Instruments. Pamela held various senior R&D positions here. She started the broadband and wireless software divisions in TI India, drove success in TI’s industry benchmarked Single Chip Cell phone platform development and also established TI’s leadership in Voice over Cable by achieving the industry’s first Packet Cable certification from Cablelabs.
Pamela brings with her an experience of over 21 years in the electronics and communication industry. She holds 3 patents and filed for 8 more in the area of networking accelerators. Prior to TI, she worked with C-DOT in Bangalore and at AT&T, Bell Labs in the U.S. Pamela did her MS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, USA and her BE in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Punjab Engineering College, India and recently completed the EGMP course at IIM-Bangalore.

Sharada Satrasala, Director, Strategic Supplier Management, Texas Instruments (TI) India has spent over 21 years in TI. Sharada passed her engineering in electronics and communication from Bangalore University with third rank in 1987. She joined TI soon after her graduation as a Software Engineer in a support project and later proceeded to become a developer, project leader, and finally the General Manager of the TI, India ASIC group. Sharada's group was responsible for building the fastest 90-nanometer library in the world till then. Today Sharada, as a Director, Strategic Supplier Management is responsible for driving the processes, strategic engagements, and the relationships with both big and small suppliers that provide engineering services to TI worldwide.
